Rates, Terms & Conditions
2024 Room Rates:
Lawn View Rooms (2-6):
- $190 per night, Monday through Thursday
- $215 per night, Friday through Sunday + Holiday
Lake View Rooms (7-9):
- $215 per night, Monday through Thursday
- $240 per night, Friday through Sunday + Holiday

The $50 cost of this special package is non-applicable and non-refundable, and is required to hold all future reservations.
Room Rate Contingencies:
- Rates are based on two adults per night.
- A two-night minimum stay is required on non-holiday dates.
- A three-night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends (Labor Day).
- Children 17 years or younger stay free when accompanied by an adult. Children 18 years and older are considered adults.
- A $20 + tax/per night additional fee will be charged for each adult exceeding the occupancy. (Limitations apply).
Room Rental Information:
Deposits: A 50% deposit of your intended stay is required to confirm your reservation. Rooms will not be held without a deposit.
Remaining Balance: Due upon arrival.
Method of Payment: Personal Check, Money Order or Visa/MasterCard. (A $50 processing fee will be assessed on all returned personal checks).
Deposit Refunds: Deposits will be refunded (less a $50 handling fee) only if requested at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of your scheduled arrival date. If a request is made less than 21 days before your arrival date, your entire deposit is forfeited. Refunds will not be given for any early departures due to family emergencies, inclement weather, loss of power, COVID-19 issues or any acts of God.
Check-In: Begins at 3:00pm. The office is closed to Check-In activities until 3:00pm daily.
Check-Out: By 10:00am. A $50 fee will be assessed for later than a 10:00am Check-Out.
Handling Fee: A $50 Handling Fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Booking Fee: A $50 non-refundable, non-applicable, Booking Fee is required to hold all future reservations.
Quiet Time: Quiet time begins at 11:00pm. Excessive noise or disrespect for the property, rules, or other guests is not permitted.
Parking: Due to limited parking spaces, each room rented is allowed ONE parking space on the premises, corresponding to the room number rented. No boats, pontoons, jet skis, trailers, RV's, etc., are allowed to be parked on the property. Extra Vehicles and/or Boat Trailers may be parked offsite at customer’s expense and liability.
Mooring: One mooring spot per room is provided for our paying/staying guest. It is assigned at time of check-in. Dock mooring can only accommodate 21’ boats and 24’ pontoons. Anything larger will be assigned a buoy. A public boat launch is only two properties away.
Wi-Fi access available throughout the Resort.
No air conditioning at this time.
Pets Are Not Allowed in Rooms or on the Premises.
Management reserves the right to deny service to anyone. Northwind Resort and/or its Owners are not responsible or liable if you or your personal property incurs damage while staying at the Resort. Posted Pricing, Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice.
